Payment

Once you have chosen your products, proceed to checkout. Payment options include:

• Bank deposit
  • Option 1: ONLINE PAYMENT. When you confirm your order at checkout you will be given payment details. If your bank account has activated online banking, open your payment system and transfer the amount billed. If you do not have online banking all major Chinese banks offer this system, ask at your local branch.
  • Option 2: ATM TRANSFER. When you confirm your order at checkout you will be given payment details. If you have not activated online banking you can use your bank card to transfer the payment using an ATM.
  • Option 3. DEPOSIT. When you confirm your order at checkout you will be given payment details. Take these to your local bank branch and transfer funds at the counter.

Zablaz.com sells exclusively to mainland China and accepts orders that are to be posted anywhere within the territory of The People's Republic of China. Please ensure your address is written in Chinese characters for ease of delivery. Please ensure your contact number is correct as our delivery company will use it to arrange delivery with you. Postage is free on all our products.

We currently do not accept Paypal or credit card payments. In the past some of the companies that carried out our transactions appeared to be unreliable as partners. We are working on it however, so credit card payments may again become possible in the near future.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in China. 

Expect up to two weeks for your product to arrive, though in most cases it will arrive sooner.
